Mal. Muhktar Z. Sirajo is the immediate past President of the NIPR and also a veteran spokesperson to Kaduna State Governors from 1992 - 2003. He would be part of the Spokespersons Clinic speakers. The Clinic is a special session featuring persons that served as Spokespersons in the course of their careers. As a Speaker, he would speak on his practical experience as a spokesperson, with leads on how he was able to resolve some challenging situations.
