Gen. Chris Olukolade is the former Spokesperson of the Nigerian Army from 2009 to 2011 and also the former Director, Defence Information from 2013 to 2015. GeN. Olukolade would be a Co-Facilitator at the Workshop Session on GLOBAL TRENDS IN MANAGING RISKS, DISASTER AND CRISIS COMMUNICATION.
